World-class chocolate, made locally
Over the years, the small family business has grown into an internationally award-winning chocolatier with several branches, a large workshop, and unique pralines that no one else makes.
The intense flavor of original chocolate
All our products and creations are made from high-quality single-origin chocolate. This chocolate comes from a single type of cocoa bean, whose distinctive flavor is determined by the soil, climate, and environment in which the cocoa tree grows.

Master chocolatier
Centho's pralines, chocolate creations, and sweet treats are designed and crafted using traditional methods under the watchful eye of master chocolatier Geert Decoster.
He learned the trade and the art during training courses at the Elishout school in Brussels, at the famous “École de Bellouet” in France, and alongside master chocolatier Jean-Pierre Richard. In Belgium, too, Geert continues to train constantly in order to keep up with the latest trends.
Centho was recently named Chocolatier of the Year by Gault&Millau.

Popular even in Japan
Our pralines are made with chocolate from every continent, but they are also enjoyed by chocolate lovers around the world.
Our creations are available in 49 Japanese retail outlets, including Mitsukoshi, the country's oldest department store.
